Located in Frankton, Queenstown, we are a locally owned store that services and sells a variety of bikes including MTB, road, gravel and electric bikes.
Our primary bike brands are Santa Cruz, Amflow, Trek and Merida.
Responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing and servicing customer bikes
- Assisting customers in store with their enquiries
The ideal candidate must have the following:
- Bicycle mechanic experience from previous employment
- A good knowledge base of all things bicycle-related and a willingness to learn
- The ability to work under pressure and problem solve
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to deal with a variety of customers
- A passion for riding
These are fixed term positions available from October through to May. Ideally full-time but exact hours can be adjusted to suit the right candidate
