Arrow Bikes' terms and conditions for bike purchases:

  • As part of our customer care package, we offer a free check-over in the first few weeks after purchase.

  • Following the first check-over, we offer the first service free of charge. Service must be carried out within 6 months from date of purchase.

  • Quotes are valid for 1 week from date of issue and are dependent on availability.

  • We accept all forms of payment including cash, eftpos and credit card. 

  • We also accept payments via Q Card (3 months interest free). Please note there will be a 2-4% surcharge for these payments.

  • Arrow Bikes is a member of the WorkRide and Wheeldeal scheme. If you are interested in purchasing the bike through this scheme please be aware that there may be a surcharge applicable for workride (not wheeldeal) - rate TBC at time of order.

  • When purchasing a bike we also offer a number of Add-On Packages designed to make your first ride experience smooth and enjoyable. We will send these options through once you confirm your purchase.
